Having spent the last 7 years with CNO Financial Group, I am looking to expand my skill set while leveraging my expertise and experience. With my established skills, highlighted below, my goal is to build strong teams by providing mentorship, data-driven decision making, and shepherding new initiatives.

Key Skills

·       Project Management: Prior to coming to CNO, I was a project manager for 7 years at non-profit organizations. I’ve leveraged that experience and have managed several initiatives for CNO’s BRGs and as part of the CEO Action for Racial Equity.

·       Written and Verbal Communications: As part of the CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellowship, I’ve published written testimonials and advocacy letters to public officials on behalf of the +200 Signatory companies. As a member of BRG Leadership, I have hosted education sessions and have presented strategic goals/updates to CNO’s Executive Leadership Group.

·       Coaching and Feedback: As a Quality Assurance Analyst and a Supervisor for the Customer Service Finance Team in Operations, I’ve focused on providing feedback and improvement plans designed to help our Associates to develop professionally. By focusing on solution-based communications, I outline the steps needed to succeed.

·       Project and Program Leadership: Prior to coming to CNO, I worked as an Event/Project manager focusing on Marketing and Educational Events. My roles as a BRG Leader and in the CEOARE Fellowship, I’ve driven cross-departmental initiatives.

·       Trend Analysis and Data Driven Decision Making: I’ve developed KPI Tracking systems to monitor trends and leveraged those reports to drive changes in strategy.

·       Creative Problem Solving: By thinking outside the box, I’ve developed a reputation of problem solving.
